Effective, May 1, 2008, our Roadside Assistance provider and program is changing.
Our new Roadside Assistance provider will be eSecuritel.
eSecuritel is also our wireless insurance provider.
NOTE: Beginning May 1st, a call to "#HELP", will no longer work for our customers. The new contact number is 1-877-916-5988.
The program will remain at $2.99 per month per line.
NOTE: Anyone who was on a different package for less per month will be automatically changed to the $2.99 per month per line price.
Notification went out in the April bills and a separate mailer was sent to all subscribers.
