How do I know if I am eligible for an Upgrade?
Generally, any subscriber in good standing whose has completed a minimum 21 months of the current contract or past expiration on their contract can upgrade.
Minimum Requirement: Billing $75 per line (not including tax and fees). Example: With a Family Talk account, each line must meet this minimum in order for all lines to qualify for an upgrade.
How much does it cost to upgrade to a new wireless device?
Pricing on the web reflects the cost of a wireless device when activating new service and generally when qualified for an Upgrade on an existing account. All discount requirements are applicable. Upgrade Fee - $20 per line. Actual shipping is now displayed during Check Out in CART. Hawk uses UPS Ground shipping. Shipping must be to a physical address for UPS to deliver (No Post Office Boxes).
