NOTE: If you would like to upgrade your currrent equipment to a newer device or upgrade/add features on your account, then please call 1-888-525-3421 for assistance. Qualification requirements must be verified before an upgrade can be processed by Hawk. Minimum qualification is completion of 2-year contract, average billing of $75 per month per line before taxes and fees and account must be current at time of request. If qualified, all applicable discounts and promotions may apply to your upgrade choice.

Only an authorized signer on an account may request an Upgrade. Upgrade Fee: $20.00 per line
