Q. How is Video Share (VS) different than Video Conferencing?
A. Video Share (VS) allows you to share one way video while on a voice call; Video Conferencing would allow for 2-way visual communications.

Q. Can I add TeleNav Traffic to my BlackBerry with the TeleNav Service Feature?

Q. How will the new Daylight Saving Time changes being instituted by our government this year affect my Windows Mobile device?
A. The Daylight Saving Time changes could cause clocks and Microsoft Outlook calendar appointments on Windows Mobile-powered devices to display incorrect times for March 11 - April 1, 2007 and October 28 - November 4, 2007 and in subsequent years. To verify if your Windows Mobile device needs to be updated, please visit the Windows Mobile Daylight Saving Time 2007 Update website for complete information and updates for your device.

Effective December 7, 2006 - All customers with BlackBerry 8700c with older version software (Package 4.1.0.175; Software Platform 2.0.0.90; Application 4.10194) are encouraged to download the upgrade (Package Version 4.1.0.529; Software Platform 2.0.0.152; Applications 4.1.0.377) at www.cingular.com/bbdownloads. Instructions are provided on the website.
To verify the current software version go to: Settings > Options > About and check the BlackBerry 8700c's current software version.
