Hawk Electronics offers our wireless line customers a Limited Lifetime Replacement Warranty on handheld accessories, for a small monthly fee.
Hawk will replace a handheld accessory with a like handheld accessory. If you have a brand name accessory, we will replace it with another brand name accessory or an unbranded accessory. For active participants in the Hawk Promise Program the exchange is at no charge, no questions asked, if the original accessory is out of warranty. If a branded accessory is no longer available, an aftermarket accessory will be used as long as available. Some items may require a special order to complete the exchange.
NOTE: Extended Hawk Promise does not cover Lost/Stolen wireless handheld accessories.
- Extended Hawk Promise - $1.99 monthly per line. This feature covers all standard wireless handheld accessories (chargers, cases, batteries, wired hands-free accessories, etc.), plus SmartChip (SIM card), and Bluetooth wireless handheld devices. Car kits are excluded.
There is no deductible on the other covered handheld accessories.
